Due to the nature of vintage clothing and upcycled creations, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless it meets the following prerequisites:
Examples of approved returns include: significant damage not disclosed in the listing and/or a significant size discrepancy of at least 2 inches; we are very careful when listing actual measurements of items so this hasn't happened much, if ever. Please refer to our sizing and measurements, and compare them to clothing that fits you well! We would hate for you to receive an item that doesn't fit.
After payment is verified, it can take up to 24 hours to process and ship your item(s). We are committed to shipping your order as fast as possible, which means we try our best to do same day shipping if time permits! Orders placed on weekends will ship out on Monday. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive shipping confirmation & tracking number via the email you used to place the order.
Domestic (United States) Shipping:
We offer fast & free U.S. shipping on all orders $65 and over! For all other U.S. orders, we charge a flat rate shipping cost of $6.95. Jump ahead of the processing line with an $8.95 expedited shipping option!
International shipping costs varies widely across the world. Multiple factors including weight & distance determine international shipping prices. These prices are out of our control and are calculated in real time based on our shipping software. Our item checkout process will automatically provide you pricing based on your location and order details! Please note, international orders may be subject to import fees/taxes. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages!
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Vintage Stock Reserve LLC cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You are responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Sizing & Measurements
Our sizing is always determined through our measurements and never the tag on the item. We measure every item by width and length. Width refers to the measurement in inches across the chest from armpit to armpit. Length refers to the measurement in inches from the shoulder-collar seam down to the hem line. We use whole sizes like XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, etc. And we use half sizes which fit in the middle of two sizes such as XS/S, S/M, M/L, L/XL, XL/2XL, etc. Sizing varies across many styles & brands, so please refer to our measurements and compare them to clothing you already own/wear! We do our best to choose the size we find appropriate based on our measurements.
It can take up to 24 hours to process and ship your item(s). After an order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email you ordered with. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you as quick as possible!
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed we will not be able to make any changes.
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain your payment method was authentic, please try ordering again with a Paypal account. Items are automatically restocked after a cancellation.
